The challenge

Like many digital health providers, Healthya faced the complexity of navigating numerous compliance and assurance frameworks across the NHS and wider healthcare system.

Re-producing evidence, interpreting varied standards and responding to overlapping assurance requests quickly became time intensive and resource heavy — especially for a team focused on developing and refining a clinically safe product.

Healthya needed a way to complete these assurance requirements once, comprehensively, and in a format that would meet scrutiny across the NHS while freeing the team to focus on innovation and product delivery.

The ORCHA approach

By working with ORCHA, Healthya was able to complete a single, robust assessment that addressed the NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC) in full. ORCHA’s team worked closely with Healthya to guide them through the process, covering key areas such as:
