Terms & Conditions: ORCHA Compare Free Licenses for NHS

Eligibility

  • Open to NHS organisations, including Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS Trusts, and other NHS-funded health and care providers in the UK.

  • Licences are intended for use by NHS staff teams involved in digital health, innovation, governance, procurement, or clinical safety.

 

Offer Details

  • The offer provides up to 1,000 free six-month ORCHA Compare licences.

  • Licences grant access to ORCHA Compare’s standard subscription features for the six-month period.

  • Licences are non-transferable and have no cash value.

 

Availability

  • Licences will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • ORCHA reserves the right to close applications once 1,000 licences have been allocated.

 

Duration and Renewal

  • The free access period will begin from the date of activation and run for six months.

  • Continued access after six months will require a paid subscription or new agreement.

  • ORCHA will notify licence holders in advance before expiry.

 

Data and Privacy

  • Applicant details will be processed in line with ORCHA’s Privacy Policy.

  • Data shared via the registration form will be used only to administer and manage the offer.

 

General

  • ORCHA reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the offer at any time.

  • Standard ORCHA Compare terms of use apply to all accounts.
